1. The recipient of a Summer Bay Hotel Card account is entitled to Instant Cash Back Rewards at participating hotels. Your Hotel Card account will pay a portion of the total charges at each participating supplier. The remaining balance of charges for each participating supplier cannot be paid from your Summer Bay Hotel Card account and must be charged to a major credit card at the time of transaction. All transactions must be made through the Summer Bay web site, call center or designated affiliate. Your best value will be found by using the www.summerbayvacations.com web site. The Summer Bay Hotel Card amount that may be redeemed for each transaction varies depending but not limited to the location, length of stay and desired travel dates. Summer Bay Hotel Rewards are applied to the most competitive, unrestricted published prices offered directly from hotels. Summer Bay Hotel Rewards are applied at the time of reservation for Instant Savings at the point of purchase. 2. Upon activation, the amount of the Summer Bay Hotel Reward you redeem will be subtracted from the current balance of your Summer Bay Hotel Card account.
3. Transactions may be made for the Summer Bay Hotel Card account holder or family as long as the purchaser is 18 years of age or older.
4. When a transaction includes travel, one of the travelers must be a least 18 years of age, and must have a major credit card in his/her name at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during the stay. The travel supplier determines the minimum age requirement.
5. Due to the special cooperative participation for this offer, payment in full is due when a transaction is confirmed.
6. Hotel cancellation and refund policies along with cancellation fees, if applicable, vary by travel supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

GENERAL

1. This Summer Bay Hotel Card award may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, special rate programs, including, but not limited to: upgrades, tour/travel packages, group, internet, convention/company meeting, senior rates, companion rates, 3rd or 4th person rates, student or child rates, early bookings or value added price programs or repeat guest programs, or industry discounts.
2. Terms, cancellation policies, hotel supplier participation is subject to change without notice.
3. Transportation to/from the hotel, if required, is not included.
4. In some cases, there may be changes in circumstances that are beyond the control of Summer Bay and it's affiliates. Accordingly, Summer Bay and it's affiliates reserve the right to substitute the components and suppliers of the offer should circumstances so require.
5. Summer Bay, it's agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the hotels and do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, injury, accident, death or damage to any persons or property, whatsoever, with any supplier or at any hotel, aircraft or in transit to and from said venues, or any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or acts of Terrorism, arising from or in conjunction with services provided.
6. The Summer Bay Hotel Card account is non-transferable and has no cash surrender value.
7. Blackout Dates: Seasonal/Holiday blackouts may apply. Availability may be limited during certain peak times and is limited to special allotments for the Summer Bay program. When requesting travel during peak times please allow as much advance notice as possible. Transaction requests are subject to Destination Rewards, Inc. Availability as determined by the supplier.

REPSONSIBILITY

1. The terms of this award in its entirety may not be modified unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Destination Rewards, Inc. Destination Rewards, Inc. is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
2. By submitting a completed customer profile at the time of Summer Bay Hotel Card account activation, the traveler consents to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated herein, in addition to the terms and conditions as stated on the www.summerbayrewards web site. The recipient signifies further agreement to these terms and conditions by submission of final payment to Summer Bay for any travel arrangements and/or supplier offer transactions.
3. This Summer Bay award may be distributed, free of charge, only by authorized businesses as a promotional device. It may not be sold or re-sold without the written authority of a corporate officer of the Destination Rewards, Inc., and any such sale will invalidate any redemption rights hereunder. This Summer Bay award cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration. No refunds shall be provided for any unused portion of this award.
4. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and verify the accuracy of all documents and correspondence with regard to names, dates, and room category. The traveler will be responsible for any errors or omissions not brought to the attention of the Summer Bay Hotel Card program within 24 hours of receipt of those documents or email confirmation. 5. THIS TRAVEL AWARD IS NOT VALID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. All federal, state, and local laws apply. This amount is the total amount of "Hotel Rewards" for which you are qualified to receive during your current term. The amount of the "Hotel Reward" you will receive will vary according to location and length of stay. To be eligible to receive any "Hotel Rewards" issuance, your account must be active and in good standing, and you must strictly adhere to all of the current terms and conditions of the Hotel Rewards program.
